Return & Refund Policy – Final Sale

All purchases made on bearistacoldcups.com are final sale.
Due to the limited, high-demand nature of our drops and flash sales, we are not able to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong item selected (color, style, quantity, etc.)

  • Buyer’s remorse or any similar reason

Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.


Damaged or incorrect items

We always aim to deliver your order in perfect condition.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us so we can make it right.

Within 48 hours of receiving your package, email us at info@bearistacoldcups.com with:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and the packaging

After reviewing your case, if the issue is confirmed, we will:

  • Send a replacement (subject to stock availability), or

  • Offer an appropriate solution if the item is no longer available

If we need the product to be sent back for inspection, we will provide instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.


Exchanges

Because all sales are final and inventory is limited, we do not offer exchanges for size, color, style, or preference.
If there is a confirmed issue with your order (damage or wrong item), we will handle it under the “Damaged or incorrect items” section above.


Legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
If local laws grant you mandatory return, refund, or cooling-off rights, those rights will continue to apply.
