Because our drops are limited and sell out quickly, we’re not able to offer refunds for:

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, we’ve got you.
Simply email us at info@bearistacoldcups.com within 48 hours of receiving your package with:

Clear photos of the product and packaging
If the issue is confirmed, we’ll send a replacement (if available) or offer an alternative solution.
We do not issue refunds unless a replacement is not possible.
Lost packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your package, please contact the carrier directly.
We’re always happy to help guide you, but we cannot refund orders marked as delivered.
Cancellations
Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot cancel or modify an order once it has been placed.
